Sign Storage
Store all packaged sign faces (sheeting not applied to a substrate), unimaged blanks, and finished signs inside where they are free from exposure to rain, snow, and extreme temperatures. Store finished signs and sheeted blanks vertically, on edge, in a dry indoor area, as shown in the image below. It is recommended that a sign inventory system be used to help ensure that older material stock is used first.
Screen Printed Sign Faces (face sheeting not applied to a substrate)
Store sign faces with the green glossy side of the SCW 568 slip sheeting against the printed face and pad the face with closed cell packaging foam. Double faced signs must have the glossy side of the slip sheet against each face of the sign. Maximum stack height for signs– five inches. Unmounted screen-printed faces must be stored flat. Package screen-printed faces in lots of 50 or fewer. If wooden boxes and corrugated crates are used to store sheeting, they must be of a design that prevents damage to the sheeting.

Store signs with the green glossy side of SCW 568 slip sheeting against the printed face. Store on edge, as shown in the image above. Two sided signs must have the green glossy side of the slip sheet against each sign face.
